RAVIX
The RAVIX application is an interactive tool designed to make room acoustics analysis accessible and understandable for everyone.
By simply entering room dimensions and surface materials, users can instantly calculate RT60 reverberation times, visualize the acoustic contributions of each material through informative graphs, and see their room designs rendered in real time.
Reverb Time
By entering room dimensions and surface materials, users can quickly calculate the reverberation time (RT60) of a space.
This allows for accurate predictions of how long sound will persist within the room.
RAVIX simplifies complex engineering calculations, making acoustic data accessible to everyone.
Material Contribution Analysis
Each surface and object is individually analyzed for its impact on room acoustics.
The absorption contributions of elements such as walls, ceilings, floors, and placed furniture are visualized through detailed graphs.
This makes it easy to clearly understand how each material influences sound behavior.
Acoustic Room Map
Based on the entered dimensions and materials, the room layout is interactively drawn on the scene. Users can drag, resize, and edit surfaces. This feature combines acoustic analysis with spatial perception to provide an intuitive experience.
Although RAVIX is currently in its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage, it already features a robust infrastructure capable of meeting core acoustic analysis needs.
In addition to RT60 reverberation time calculations, it analyzes the acoustic contribution of surface materials and calculates room modal frequencies (room modes) to offer early-stage solutions to potential resonance issues.
The application integrates real-time visualization, providing an intuitive and holistic analysis experience.
Development is actively ongoing; soon, RAVIX will evolve into a more comprehensive tool with AI-powered recommendation systems, export options, and advanced simulation modules.
By testing the app early, you can contribute to its growth and help shape its future with your feedback.
